This notice explains what we do with your personal data when you join our early access list at scriptedsupply.com. Please read it alongside our terms.

Who we are

Scripted Supply Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17320848, with a registered office at 82 Unit A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit it through the sign-up form on this site.
• Basic technical data logged automatically by our hosting and security providers when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details on this site, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address to tell you when the shop opens, to send you occasional notice of new stock, and to issue your first-order discount. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

We use technical data to keep the site available and to protect it from abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running a secure service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. We do use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions.
• Cloudflare, which provides our domain, security and privacy-preserving traffic analytics.

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our providers under their own retention schedules.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant we will tell you by email.
